Töötuba “Alternatiivkommunikatsioon ja ligipääsetavus”

Hea tegevusterapeut!

Kutsume sind alternatiivkommunikatsiooni töötuppa koos Tobii Dynavoxi esindaja Lena Kondratjevaga, et võtta sügavuti fookusesse alternatiivsed sisendseadmed ja tegevusterapeudi roll antud valdkonnas.

Lena ise kirjutab eesootava kohta nii:

„Occupational therapist is an integral part of the team of specialists responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the AAC system. And the focus of OT is alternative access, it’s OT who will ensure that the user of AAC system or another accessible technology will be able to use the full potential that said technology offers, as well as ensure that the right type of technology is chosen. We would like to give in-depth knowledge of the opportunities that AAC technology offers to users. To match needs of the assistive technology users it’s important to know what features of technology could answer those needs the best way possible. We offer to try out the technology and discuss the skills necessary to assess and implement assistive technology, with the special focus on the eye-gaze access to computer and environmental control.“

Lena Kondratjeva  on logopeed, kes on spetsialiseerunud AAC teenuste pakkumisele erinevate vajadustega lastele ja noortele. Alates aastast 2019 on Lena osalenud Riia Stradinsi Ülikoolis üliõpilastele AAC kursuse loomisel ja õpetamisel. Hetkel töötab ta rahvusvahelise koolitajana, mille raames tõstab AAC valdkonna teadlikkust ja spetsialistide oskusi Ida- ja Kesk-Euroopa erinevates riikides.
